Technology Project Manager North Derby

Derby, Derby, United Kingdom Akkodis Full time

_Are you a Technology Project Manager looking to join an organisation whose products and services genuinely help to change peoples lives?_ My client are a very well-known firm with a flawless reputation within their industry - They're without a doubt. The UK leader in what they do and have experienced growth year-on-year since their conception. But what I really love about this firm is whatthey do. Their products help peoples lives for the better, making this a great opportunity to be part of a company that genuinely makes a difference and play a part in their evolution.

Technology is absolutely at the heart of they do. They need solutions that will grow with them as a business and allow them to reach their full potential.

Recognising this; they are embarking on a an extremely large Transformation programme across the businessthat will truly revolutionise how they work - meaning that this couldn't be a busier.

Or more exciting time to join them.

So I'm looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join them and add a little hierarchy into the team. As Project Manager you will help deliver a wide range of exciting technology projects across multiple teams. Their Project Managers lead projectsfrom inception all the way through to delivery so its absolutely key you have delivered enterprise-scale, end-to-end Projects.

You'll join a team of 8 PMs who are all very much at the top of the game and who work incredibly collaboratively as a team. You'll work on a HUGE Technology modernisation programme, which is essentially a huge re-platform of their legacy products.

They'll be a whole host of projects across Tech to get involved in, so we really aren't fussy if you come from a Software Delivery, Infrastructure or Business Change background - We're looking for a diligent, confident all-rounder who is naturally warm andassertive when influencing and encouraging others to achieve their goals.

It isn't an Agile environment here so this role probably wont suit an Agile evangelist but we would love you to be familiar with SCRUM.

It's a busy, and forever-changing environment here so its important that you thrive on working in fast paced environment where requirements can often change at a moments.

What's is like to work here? Well. It is simply a great place to work.

This is reflected through their outstanding retention rates across the business and essentially due to the fact that they treat their people really, really well.

The culture here is oneof openness and honestly, with very little hierarchy. They work with a "no blame" ethos and whilst the guys are hard-working and getting the job done. you couldn't find a more fun, down-to-earth bunch of guys to work with.

It's the type of environment whereyou will be given a lot of ownership, autonomy and your voice will most certainly be heard and valued.

In return you'll receive up to £60k base salary plus bonus, 34 days holiday (including bank hols), FREE PARKING, subsidised restaurant and various social events throughout the year.

Call me today for immediate consideration.

Both Modis International Ltd and Modis Europe Ltd are Equal Opportunities Employers.
