You will be working for Selkirk Mechanical Handling as an Admin and Finance Apprentice. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service

A varied role of administration with some finance duties and customer service.

Duties to include;

  • Use of Microsoft Word and Excel on a daily basis
  • Keeping digital files in order
  • Inputting information
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Invoicing and processing purchase orders
  • Recording delivery notes
  • Answering the telephone and offering excellent customer service to our clients
  • Use of internal systems
  • General admin support to staff
Full training provided, we require the following;

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisational skills
