The Role:

As a Junior Administrator with us, you will:

  • Carry out office administration tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide website support to clients via email and phone
  • Process website orders over the phone
  • Handle data input and management using software like Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone
  • Oversee daily e-commerce orders and dispatches

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in computer use and typing
  • Possess strong English spelling and grammar abilities

Work hours:

Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 40 hours per week

Compensation:

This is a full-time office-based position with the convenience of on-site parking.
