At our contact centre in Fulwood, Preston you'll handle varied queries and create commercial sales opportunities by building excellent customer relationships.
About the Role:
You'll deal with customer queries over the phone.
Friendly and upbeat and bursting with product knowledge, you'll give customers the answers they need the first time of asking and deliver great customer experiences that generate future business.
It's what we call 'sales through service' and it's what makes our contact centre a highly profitable area of our business.
About You:
Generating 'sales through service' means understanding customer needs by being an attentive listener as well as being able to wax lyrical about all the benefits of our products.
A strong teamwork ethic is also important—you'll be punctual and able to manage your time effectively so that you're always doing to meet the needs of colleagues and customers.
