Our client is looking for somebody to join their ever-expanding team who is enthusiastic, eager and emphasises the importance of

COLLECTIVENESS. This team dynamic has been built up across the 11+ years that this office has been open. Their business is built on a solid team foundation, and you will be at the core of this as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator.

THE RECRUITMENT CO-ORDINATOR'S KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will work with the Franchise Owner to establish their recruitment needs
  • You will plan and execute recruitment advertising campaigns using a range of online/offline channels
  • You will act as a point of guidance to potential recruits, providing guidance and reassurance to provide them with the best chance at success in their interview

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Have a minimum of 612 months in a recruitment role (ideally in the care sector but not essential)
  • Show proof of experience in a similar role, showcasing previous campaigns that you have launched that have gained traction and provided results
