Life Consulting Manager

An exciting position reporting to the North EMEA and Bermuda Life Consulting Leader, shaping the future of actuarial life consulting in North EMEA.

The role is UK based but offers hybrid flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office. There's also ample opportunity to work in Bermuda and with clients at their preferred locations.

What to expect during the day

You have the autonomy to structure your day for maximum client value delivery and innovative solutions within the Aon Life Consulting team.

Typical activities for this role include:

  • Liaising with existing clients
  • Developing Bermudian propositions
  • Cultivating Bermudian client relationships and leveraging existing ones
  • Expanding your internal network
  • Contributing to client engagements
  • Implementing innovative solutions

Skills and experiences leading to success

The ideal candidate is expected to have:

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in Life Consulting
  • Experience in actuarial consulting firms or offices
  • Coding proficiency, often demonstrated through actuarial modelling in tools like Prophet, MoSes, or RiskAgility FM
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated team player with collaborative work approach
  • Adaptability in communication and relationship building
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, proactive, adaptable to changing situations
