Job Summary
Role Description

  • Responsibility
  • Approve and decline vacancies for subsidiaries on CoreHR in order to raise adverts
  • Gather a requirement for each role to gather a full job and the person specification
  • Advise without referral on the best methods of talent attraction taking into account potential impact on others. Train and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practice.
  • Conference
  • Write job adverts and job description in line with the speciation¿s and requirements gathered
  • Advertise all vacancies on internal and external job boards
  • Acquire financial quotes for new attraction methods
  • Actively promote Thera through recruitment branding online and offline activities
  • Keep accurate records of all applicants on our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
