Job Title:

International Payroll Professional**

Salary:
Circa £30,500

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage assignee data inputs required for global mobility externally delivered payrolls to ensure accurate delivery of home / host pay
  • Lead implementation projects for the establishment and set up of new external payrolls with multiple cross functional internal stakeholders and Third-Party payroll providers, ensuring payrolls are compliant with host country legislation
  • Oversee routine and complex pay queries associated with global payrolls processed by external payroll vendors
  • Review payroll output for accuracy and ensuring timely sign off from the International Payroll Manager for submission by country tax authority deadlines
  • Where processes have been automated, responsible for the process operation ensuring the automation process works and output remains accurate, working with the RPA team where issues are identified so, they can be resolved timely

Your skills and experiences:

  • Proficient in MS office
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
- dealing with a lot of countries and people with different backgrounds

  • Previous Payroll and/or HR experience

Desirable:

  • CIPP Qualification
