Real Estate Solicitor / Associate at Prosperity Law LLP :

Job Description:

Prosperity Law LLP are looking to appoint a Real Estate Associate with 5 years PQE ( although candidates outside of these brackets with relevant experience will be considered) to join our growing Real Estate team. The successful candidate will have real estate experience across the full remit of transactions to include freehold/leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, secured lending and corporate support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions
  • Supporting the Partner within the team with more complex transactions
  • Providing excellent client service and commercial property advice to clients
  • Providing support to other team members as required including junior members of the team and support staff
  • Developing knowledge and expertise in commercial property law
  • There will also be the opportunity to develop relationships and be involved with business development

Requirements:

  • Good technical skills
  • Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service
  • Private health cover
