This is an exciting role for a someone who would like to work towards a childcare qualification, you can earn whilst you learn, you must be between 16-19 years old.

You will have opportunities to learn all aspects of early learning and childcare as well as gain an understanding of current guidance for working with children and young people.

Examples of what Modern Apprentices do;

  • Encourage and support children's development through a variety of play activities.
  • Be responsive to children's needs.
  • Encourage children's creativity
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Engage in outdoor play with children
Modern Apprentices are supervised and trained by qualified staff. They are expected to attend regular video call training sessions as well any additional core training as required.

You will also be required to meet the registration requirements of a Practitioner with SSSC/PVG

From £10,400.00 per year
