Minimum QualificationsPrevious Customer Service experience

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
As an Associate Closer, you'll strive to aid mortgage lending clients. You'll communicate and coordinate closing process and information to clients and lawyers/title companies to ensure accurate information and timelines are on track to finalize the mortgage funding process.
Responsibilities- Effectively communicate with clients using written and verbal communication methods using a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
- Understand conditions needed to close to obtain final loan approval and review them with the client
- Understand how the different teams in the mortgage process impact the client experience and can change communication tactics based on the information
- Schedule mortgage closing dates with clients and assist in rescheduling if needed
- Deliver final figured to clients
- Answer questions from client/agent/insurer/solicitor throughout the closing process
- Communicate with customers through various channels, responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Review accuracy of information for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Communicate and coordinate with team members as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional, timely customer support and communication to both internal and external clients
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Manage individual pipelines and service level agreements (SLA's)
