We are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to support the sales related transactional requirements of the business.

Working as part of the Sales Administration team you will also have frequent direct contact with the Sales Teams and Finance department.


Key Responsibilities
Working across 4 different manufacturers, main duties will involve:

  • Providing administration support to all departments in the business
  • Raising invoices
  • Registering of new vehicles
  • Registering of warranties
  • Bringing new and used vehicles into stock
  • Raising and receiving purchase orders
  • Maintenance of multiple internal and external management systems
  • Maintenance of insurance database
  • Maintenance of funding lines
  • Handling external audits
  • Generic administrative adhoc duties

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in the Motor trade (desirable)
  • Experience using Pinnacle DMS (desirable)
  • Strong organisational, administrative and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • IT literate and competent with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type:
Full-time

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Salary:
£23,000 per year

Location:

Shrewsbury is where our Head Office is based and we have Dealerships in both Telford and Shrewsbury. Shrewsbury would be beneficial to be the initial base for this role.

Then, following successful completion of training requirements, we have the potential to offer flexibility to be based in Telford if beneficial.
