Salary:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Making drinks including specialty coffees, soft drinks and cocktails.
• General bar maintenance, cleaning and refreshing stock etc.

Other Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
• Process payments and operate cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Skills:

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Barista Skills are essential as this is a high demand fast paced bar, especially on the weekends.
