  • As a Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of 2 or 3 staff carrying out grounds maintenance tasks across the Edinburgh and surrounding area. You will ensure the team are organised and equipped to undertake the work safely and efficiently.
  • Your people leading skills help you get the most out of staff and achieve targets
  • Your positive attitude will contribute to client satisfaction
  • Able to use productivity and safety apps on your company smartphone (full training provided)
  • You will be able to identify opportunities for additional work and provide information to the management team for profitable quotations
  • A horticultural qualification is preferred and relevant experience is required
  • Full UK driving licence
