In order to support our ambitious goals, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our Talent Acquisition team to cover a 12 month period of parental leave.

The role is based at our Innovation Centre, the epicentre of product development, in Aylesbury.

Your role in detail:

  • Executes selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, complete background checks etc.) for areas of partnering; ensuring the hiring approach is fit for purpose and brand appropriate.
  • Works with managers to develop the most exciting and eyecatching market approaches for their positions.
  • Uses a variety of sourcing methods for hardtofill roles.
  • Monitors recruitment KPI's and creates reports for analysis and strategic decisionmaking.
  • Supports the delivery of employment branding initiatives and attraction projects.

  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing and operations environment.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to exercise effective judgement, confidentiality and sensitivity to changing situations.
  • A proactive attitude and hands on approach to problem solving.
