Role Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • To wash and dry cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils and equipment.
  • To keep the Kitchen, Staff canteen and back of house areas clear and free from rubbish.
  • To observe Health, Hygiene, COSHH, Fire, Health Safety regulations and requirements
  • To occasionally assist Chef in basic cooking and preparation.

Working Hours: 8 Hour shifts, 8 Hours a week

We're in the center of Bristol, close to motorways and a five-minute walk from Temple Meads rail station. The shops at Cabot Circus, the Bristol Aquarium, and Bristol Hippodrome are all within a mile. Housed in a 17th-century glass kiln, Kiln restaurant serves modern British meals for breakfast and dinner. Our free fitness center is open all day.
