Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for experienced Site Manage r with construction experience focused on delivery and management of the subcontract works for Façade delivery, to work on the renowned Orie l project.

The project will be a new, state-of-the-art building with an anticipated gross internal area of up to 46,000m2.

Designed with flexibility in mind, it will be able to meet future service requirements and keep pace with changes in technological, medical or research requirements.

Extensive experience in managing Façade projects and able to demonstrate a proven track record
Strong experience in managing Façade subcontractors
Substantial knowledge of façade materials, methods of manufacture and installation, materials and testing
Good knowledge of façade production and installation processes including interfacing with other trades.
Manage and coordinate all façade activities, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and Programme. Assist the Façade Project Manager in the delivery of the Project. Manage Health and Safety, Quality, Programme, Look-ahead forecast, Package costs, Variations. Control of subcontractors' resources.
