The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Triage Officer to join our School of Computing, within the Faculty of STEM.


This is a brand new role at Arden, and you will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall student experience within the school.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and promptly resolving student issues, actively tracking and addressing concerns, and identifying patterns of dissatisfaction.


Ensuring the timely processing of academic requests and guiding students to relevant support services are key aspects of this position.

Additionally, you will champion various surveys, including the National Student Survey (NSS) and Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES), while maintaining meticulous records of student problems and requests.


About You:

Ideal qualifications for this role include a degree or equivalent, with an IAG qualification being desirable. Essential skills encompass excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal proficiency, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.

You must confidently engage with staff at all organisational levels and possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, databases, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Adaptability to a fast-paced environment is essential, along with the capability to effectively pursue academics and professional service teams.
