You will be responsible for;

  • Managing the appointment diary
  • Answering telephones and dealing with initial queries
  • Undertaking general practice admin
  • Performing pretesting checks
  • Carrying out simple repairs on patients' glasses
  • Cash handling
You will need excellent communication and customer service skills, providing a friendly and helpful service to all patients. You should be well organised and adaptable to carry out the variety of work this role provides.
