Responsibilities:
  • Report discrepancies in procedures to the Area Supervisor.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and wear designated uniform.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
  • Perform work activities in a safe manner and maintain a clutter-free work area.
  • Follow instructions in English, report property damage, and safety hazards.
  • Document accurately and check work for quality and compliance.
  • Operate machinery safely and perform basic maintenance.
  • Demonstrate job functions to coworkers if needed and monitor product for defects.
  • Work cooperatively with coworkers to achieve team goals.
  • Dispense required additives, package products, and complete production assignments timely.
  • Obtain materials for operation needs and read/complete required documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

In addition, other duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

Basic English communication skills, including written and verbal communication. Proficiency in basic math calculations is required. Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
