Regional Service Manager
75-80,000 OTE inclusive of Salary, Car Allowance and Bonus
This role will suit an experienced technician with strong commercial smarts.

You'll be leading the North England service team of this privately-owned business specialising in the dealership, distribution and service of OEM heavy plant.

They have a long-standing reputation for customer service, quality and technical expertise, and represent many of the world's leading manufacturers of automatic transmissions, drivetrain systems and diesel engines.

You'll be in charge of providing technical excellence in service delivery for your patch – managing your team of expert workshop and field engineers will be integral to this.

As GM you'll also be able to take ownership for P&L, sales, quality and HSE.

A good understanding of mechanical equipment and principles, ideally heavy plant
Experience of workshop management of field service management, or both
A good commercial understanding of how to run a service function profitability, including customer negotiations and service pricing.
