Family Department Background:
  • Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
  • Supervise team members and manage caseloads effectively
  • Deliver training and development programs
  • Handle various Family Law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, international elements, and more
  • Focus on client care, Business Development, and Marketing
Key Skills Required:
  • Committed and highly driven
  • Clean, valid Practising Certificate
  • Strong management and supervisory skills
  • Pro-active team player with excellent client care
  • Previous supervisory experience and achievement of key performance indicators
  • Proficiency in family law matters and advocacy skills
  • Networking, communication, and business development abilities
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management
  • Experience in both publicly and privately funded Family Law
  • Knowledge of adoption matters is beneficial

What we offer:

The Company supports career progression towards Children, Family, or Family Advanced Panel accreditations with the Law Society or Resolution. Benefits include covering costs for training, applications, and memberships.

  • Salary for Children/Family Law Accreditation:
  • London/M25: £48,000
  • Outside London: £46,000
