About you...

The successful candidate will :

  • Have relevant skills, experience.
  • Have experience lead a small team.
  • Have a tenant focussed approach.
  • Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team.
  • Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team.
  • Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.

What you'll do...

  • Installation and repairs to timber and metal fencing.
  • Work alongside our internal trades team on a mobile basis.
  • You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include carrying out general labouring duties and assisting our trades team.

What you'll be responsible for...

  • Supervising other members of the team to carry out works required safely and within set timescales.
  • Carry out work to a high standard and where possible right first time.
  • Receive and submit work instructions using internal electronic system.
  • Review systems and processes and implement changes on a regular basis to drive continuous improvements in line with best practice.
  • To take responsibility for vehicle stock and materials levels required to undertake your duties.
  • To ensure work tickets are completed accurately and returned with the required timescales.
  • To attend training as directed.
  • To carry out daily vehicle inspections as directed.
