About you...
The successful candidate will :
- Have relevant skills, experience.
- Have experience lead a small team.
- Have a tenant focussed approach.
- Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team.
- Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team.
- Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
What you'll do...
- Installation and repairs to timber and metal fencing.
- Work alongside our internal trades team on a mobile basis.
- You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include carrying out general labouring duties and assisting our trades team.
What you'll be responsible for...
- Supervising other members of the team to carry out works required safely and within set timescales.
- Carry out work to a high standard and where possible right first time.
- Receive and submit work instructions using internal electronic system.
- Review systems and processes and implement changes on a regular basis to drive continuous improvements in line with best practice.
- To take responsibility for vehicle stock and materials levels required to undertake your duties.
- To ensure work tickets are completed accurately and returned with the required timescales.
- To attend training as directed.
- To carry out daily vehicle inspections as directed.
