Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have adequate driving experience and a can-do attitude, ready to take on the challenges of our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle to transport goods to various destinations.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to delivery schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service, professionally representing the company.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license with Category C1 entitlement.
  • CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Adequate driving experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during busy periods.

Minimum Working Hours:

  • 9 hours per day, with the possibility of extended hours (up to 11 hours) during peak periods.
  • Monday - Friday with weekend work
