Röhlig's freight forwarding organisation is digitised using CargoWise1. We are currently looking for a

CargoWise1 Trainer & Data Quality Manager

to support the

North European business

(UK, Denmark, Belgium and The Netherlands), supported by our IT partner, Logineer.

Responsibilities:
nYou will be responsible for the implementation of CargoWise1 to all new starters and ongoing training for the freight forwarding operators, optimising functionality and expertise, as well as sales people to include CRM and pipeline data maintenancenYou will be responsible for the implementation of CargoWise1 to customers together with optimisation, release change and transition projects up to go-livenYou will work in close collaboration with the internal project management team on all aspects of the implementation at the customer sitenYou will be responsible for analysing current customer processes at our client's sites, online or on-site, depending on our client's needs, possibly involving European travelnYou will be responsible for analysing internal operator abilities and workflows, ensuring continual improvementnYou will proactively ensure you stay up to date on new CargoWise software development, supporting with change requests, testing etcnWorking with our internal data quality team, ensuring high levels of data input and accuracy in line with global targets

Skills required:

nYou will already have superior knowledge and understanding of CargoWise1 during your work in the logistics industry (eg quoting, raising files, passing invoices, running reports etc) and have high level IT affinitynYou may even have completed an apprenticeship in logisticsnYou will have a strong understanding of technology and its applicationnYou will be able to build trust quickly and reliably through your good analytical and communication skills, both written and verbalnYou will be able to structure your day very independently, prioritising as you go, and have the ability to deal with intercultural teamsnYou will be fluent in English.

German, Danish or French would be a great advantage in communicating and training the regional teamnYou can be based anywhere within the North Europe region, working remotely when not travelling across all 4 countries
