Minimum Qualifications
  1. 2 years of experience in the industry (mortgage, operations)
  2. Demonstrated experience mentoring others
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  2. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
  3. Ability to analyze reporting and measure outcomes to drive decisions
Job Summary

As a Team Leader, Operations, you'll be responsible for day-to-day functioning of your team. You'll monitor production, provide coaching and identify process enhancements.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle escalated client matters and work toward finding a solution
  2. Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives and align team processes
  3. Mentor team members through one-on-ones and performance feedback to drive career growth
  4. Analyze and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team
  5. Share team objectives and accomplishments with other business areas and senior leadership, as needed
  6. Effectively communicate expectations to team members on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
  7. Support long-range diversity and inclusivity strategies
