Job description

Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy and efficient Bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies

Requirements:

  • CV and proven working experience as a Bartender and making cocktails
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Positive engaging, attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
  • Numeracy and cashhandling skills
  • Able to work flexible schedules
  • Working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
  • Have proof of right to work in the UK

£9.00-£12.00 per hour
