Regional Command is the Army's 2* Headquarters that enables the delivery of Firm Base support to the Army, its personnel and their dependants in the UK and overseas Garrisons.

We deliver projects and changes through Regional Points of Command, Garrisons and formations across the UK and overseas.


You will be working as part of the Information Superiority Branch Operations team within Regional Command in Montgomery House, Aldershot.

We provide Information and Communication Services to enable people to successfully carry out their daily work activities.


Our ethos is to continually strive to adapt to changes and improve the way we work so we can deliver a better service to our customers and colleagues.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

Job description:

  • Working with the Operations team and specialising in all aspects of management, planning and delivery of fixed line telephony services, mobile phones, voice and data tariffs, fixed and mobile broadband services, and audiovideo conferencing services.
  • A key part of this exciting role is to gather and analyse data, looking for service improvements and cost saving opportunities, you will be making recommendations and changes through informed decision making.
  • Act as lead on some large and important Army projects including the highprofile fixed line reduction project currently in progress across the UK.
  • Establish and maintain detailed records of devices and service usage, review regularly to ensure we have the best and most costeffective solutions
