Conveyancing Assistant


My client, a highly reputable regional law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their high performing property department in Warrington.


The Role

  • Deal with and respond to client enquiries
  • Assist the fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception to completion
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
  • Deal with any admin and ad hoc duties
  • Open and close files for the solicitor
  • Possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a Conveyancing role
  • Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills

Remuneration & benefits


My client offers a competitive salary, a genuine opportunity to progress within the firm, low volume conveyancing and the chance to work with local clients dealing with high quality work.

Training will be provided internally and options to take external qualifications are also supported.
