Working alongside the Director of Engagement you will be working in three business areas:

  • Programme of international expansion with market research and marketing plans.
  • Delivering an engagement strategy with UK franchisees.
  • Helping to deliver marketing and sales campaigns.


You will be booking and organising events and travel, assisting the director, and accompanying them to meetings, networking events and conferences across the UK and potentially some international trips.

You will be able to work on your networking and communication skills by talking with a range of people.

On every visit you will take notes, take photos and videos, post on social channels in line with marketing strategy and follow up on action by communicating with people or feeding back to the team.


Person specification.

  • Have a driving licence.
  • Be confident and able to talk to anyone.
  • Be experienced at posting on social channels.
  • Able to go away and travel a few times a month, including international travel.
  • Be proactive, hardworking and presentable.

Job Types:

From £22,000.00 per year
