Youth Worker

For this Youth Worker role you will be required to support students in a group compacity or on a 1:1 basis.

When working in the classroom there will be 6-8 students who will have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. You will be required to support themduring their lessons and manage their behaviour and emotions when needed.

This SEMH School is looking for someone who has had previous experience supporting young people and is able to work as a team and be able to adapt to any situation.

Therefore, the idealYouth Worker for this role must be enthusiastic, proactive and be able to build a strong rapport with students and staff.


SEMH School This SEMH School is located in Orpington and caters for students aged between 5-18 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. They currently have 170 students who attend and in their last Ofsted, they were reviewed as 'Good' in all areas.
