Sport - Our expertise across sports and motor sport includes working with some of the world's largest organisations and rights holders to consult on and deliver premium hospitality, guest management programmes, sponsorship activations, racing, fan zones, touring kits, and opening ceremonies.

Brands - Our team understands that creativity has no boundaries. We are forever striving to provide clients with the brightest ideas to help solve business problems. Our brands team works closely with leading global brands to deliver both B2B and B2C experiences including conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, exhibitions, and parties.

Entertainment - Our entertainment arm brings the best global talent and spectacular large-scale production values into the corporate world. Our team has conquered some of the most technically challenging briefs to produce spectacular live shows and touring music concerts.

Creative Lead (2D)
Located at TBA, North Gower Street, London NW1 2ND, official working office hours are from 9am to 5.30pm.

The role is to support the Creative team reporting to the Creative Director.

The role


Under the guidance of the Creative Director, the Creative Lead will ultimately be responsible for leading the development and execution of all creative assets across TBA Group, managing the internal team members and freelancer teams to ensure that they can reach their full potential, whilst producing innovative, groundbreaking pitches and full design packages ready for production.

You will be creating and delivering a distinct visual world across all TBA touchpoints.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Management

  • Lead and motivate team of designers to help them use their talents effectively.
  • Working with the Client Services team to develop designs, visuals and strong brand/event identities for all our clients with creative campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Actively participates within team, supports and motivates others.
  • States own views with conviction and confidence.
  • Actively listens and constructively engages in discussion.
  • Is empathetic to others and understands what motivates them.
  • Provides leadership and motivates others to deliver their best.

Creative and Design

  • Producing and supporting the Creative Director to create inspiring concepts across a range of projects. Thinking innovatively looking beyond the obvious to develop highly engaging ideas and campaigns. Live for our mantra 'Experience Everywhere'.
  • Directing team members in projects to ensure the vision set is adhered to and followed.
  • Creating 2D design assets such as brand and campaign identity, and other event and experience assets.
  • Supporting in the managing of jobs and thirdparty suppliers for Print, AV, Digital.
  • An excellent knowledge of costing, designing with budgets in mind, allowing the company to push project boundaries, but remain within budget.
  • Overseeing the work of the creative team, reviewing and approving creative work by the team, ensuring that deliverables address client goals and challenges effectively.
  • Support the internal teams with design requirements.
  • Ability to create a positive team environment within the Creative Department and with colleagues from Account Management, Production, Project Management etc.
  • Working closely with the Studio Manager in ensuring the department delivers highquality content based on agreed concepts either using inhouse capabilities and resources or approved suppliers/freelancers.
