Maintenance Surveyor job Cardiff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular surveys of properties to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Prepare schedules of works and manage contractors to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of maintenance projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building regulations and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and financial records for maintenance projects
  • Provide advice and support to tenants and leaseholders on maintenance issues
  • Keep uptodate with the latest industry standards and technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Surveyor in a similar role
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in a constructionrelated discipline
  • Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong organizational and budget management skills
