Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available in Broughton, Cheshire to join the Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler team at a leading Aviation organization.

As part of this role, you will have the chance to create, implement, and provide continuous support for planning & logistics procedures related to wing assembly and fuel system installation.

Skills, Knowledge, Competencies Required

  • Advanced proficiency in Google sheets (including macros and data handling)
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Open to change and enthusiastic about it
  • Results-oriented with a logical and systematic approach
  • Determined and decisive with a proactive mindset in solving problems
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - effective communicator
  • Excellent team player - adaptable and flexible
  • Preferably, experience with SAP Planning & Logistics

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Environment Health and Safety Policy Statement
  • Contribute to projects enhancing business performance
  • Support Operational Business Areas to achieve financial man-hour targets
  • Adapt to rate changes and manage associated risks and opportunities
  • Ensure appropriate response to changes in production
  • Deploy the Operating System in relevant areas
  • Establish a solid connection with Procurement to manage supplier performance risks
  • Maintain a strong partnership with Logistic Service Provider for adherence to logistical processes
  • Stay vigilant about compliance risks and act with integrity for the Company's success and growth
