The role of a trainee rental agent is to provide highly professional & efficient customer service by, answering calls promptly & efficiently identifying the callers requirements while projecting the companies image in a courteous and helpful manner.


Duties:

Provide administrative support including but not limited to:

  • Telephone duties.
  • Inputting customer information into a computerised system.
  • Booking customers on vehicles.
  • Making outbound calls to convert prospective hires.
  • Developing & sustaining solid relationships with prospective clients.
  • Ensuring customer data is recorded accurately.

Job Types:

£10.18-£15.00 per hour
