We are seeking an experienced Paid Media professional from an agency background who is enthusiastic about luxury retail and proficient in strategy and activation.
Joining our team, you will lead the paid media strategy for high-profile clients, driving their digital growth across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
Work closely with these prestigious clients in the luxury sector, assisting them in constructing a robust digital framework to adapt to industry changes and meet business KPIs.
Build and manage the relationship between Croud Luxe and your client, oversee your team, and take full ownership of campaigns from planning to optimization.
Ensure continuous growth by setting clear KPI targets and action plans to achieve them. Croud operates with a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction across the agency's client portfolio.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
- Identify optimal investment opportunities for client growth.
- Support the Paid Media team and collaborate with Account Directors.
- Ensure high-quality work aligned with agency values.
- Delegate work effectively across teams.
- Coach and guide team members for career development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in the luxury sector.
- Lead meetings, deliver insights, and reports to clients.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on strategies.
- Generate creative ideas to enhance client performance.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong background in paid social or programmatic, preferably with knowledge in Paid Search.
- Experience in advanced campaign management and reporting features.
- Ability to navigate clients through complex data ecosystems.
- Self-motivation, leadership skills, and time management.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
