Overview:

Duties:

  • Greet customers warmly
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Ensure tables are clean and tidy for the next guests
  • Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Assist with basic cooking tasks when required including food preparation.
  • Housekeeping in our 14 bedroomed guest house
  • Basic housekeeping within the property including laundry, hoovering, making beds and cleaning bathrooms.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience preferable but not essential as training will be given.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices to maintain cleanliness standards
