We are currently collaborating with a prominent company within the electrical engineering field, recognized for their commitment to innovation and excellence. Our team specializes in designing and producing top-notch cable and harness solutions for a wide range of clients. As a valued team member, you can benefit from a generous package that includes 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Additionally, we have two company-wide shutdowns each year during Christmas and the final week of August, giving you a total of 8 extra days off. With a 9-day fortnight schedule, you get every other Friday off to recharge and enjoy your free time.   • Support various aspects of Electrical Engineering manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and marketing teams to conceptualize, prototype, and document cable and harness solutions.
  • Establish, document, and oversee verification procedures for newly developed cables and harnesses.
  • Engage in the introduction of new products, including participating in peer and stage reviews.
  • Create technical documentation such as work instructions, reports, and specifications.
  • Occasionally travel to customers and suppliers (requiring a valid driver's license and passport).
Qualifications:
  • Desirable: Hold qualifications in Electronic Engineering (NVQ/HNC/HND or equivalent).
Experience:
  • Desirable: Prior experience in soldering and cable/harness manufacturing (IPC training will be provided).
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Packages.
