Undertake psychological assessments using interview techniques, psychometric assessments, functional analyses and structured interview/questionnaire Analyse data and use computer facilities to graphical present results from psychological assessments Contribute to and prepare clinical reports outlining the progress of work with service users and obtain a Clinical Psychologists counter signature on such reports.

Undertake individual therapeutic interventions Support the Clinical Psychologist in preparing material for psychological assessments, interventions and service delivery. Prepare teaching materials for the provision of training to other professional staff and agencies. Assist in the provision of training in the use of psychological approaches to other professional staff and agencies.


Participate in clinically relevant research, service evaluation and audit projects Responsible for administrative tasks relating to case-work including keeping case notes and preparing written reports in line with the Policies and Procedures of the BPS and other guidance.

Manage diary to ensure competent time management and completion of clinical work, research, professional development and attendance at meetings.
