About the role:


This role offers the opportunity to join Attivo at an exciting time, owning the design and delivery of Attivo's growth strategy and being able to make a real impact to our business.

As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be accountable for developing and delivering plans to deliver growth through sales and marketing activities to meet company targets.

You will be an expert in leading teams to attract potential clients, convincing them of the value of choosing Attivo.

You will be able to build strong partnerships for the benefit of the business.

You will also be able to build awareness and trust in the Attivo brand and bring our Lifestyle Financial Planning proposition to life.

You will have experience of working with a premium brand and understand how to attract high net worth clients.

You will have strong commercial acumen and be able to demonstrate return on investment from all activities.

You will lead and motivate customer experience, strategic partnerships, and marketing teams to deliver results, gaining the buy in of both senior stakeholders and our Financial Planners.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimisation of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that will generate the required number of new clients and build awareness and trust of the Attivo brand.
  • Develop short and longterm plans and budgets, monitors progress, assures adherence and evaluate performance.
  • Ensure Strategic partnerships with professional introducers such as accountants and solicitors successfully generate the right number of quality introductions and build strong relationships for all.
  • Responsible for the customer journey from first point of contact to successful onboarding of new clients including oversight of the company website to ensure it meets all business needs.
  • In partnership with a cross functional team ensure that all existing clients understand how to achieve the best outcomes of working with Attivo and then encourage satisfied clients to refer us to others.
  • Identifies ways to use technology and digital marketing to improve client attraction, brand positioning, customer experience and revenue generation, providing sound business justification for investment.
  • Build awareness and trust in the Attivo brand setting targets and reporting on progress.
  • Drives meaningful relationships with targeted, highlevel external audiences such as the media and consumer partnerships
  • Select and manage required agencies to achieve identified outcomes, ensuring productive relationships, innovative thinking and value for money
