Are you a Quantity Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge?
My client is seeking an individual to join their team in Lincolnshire, based at their Head Office. They boast a strong reputation in the Lincolnshire and East coast regions, known for their exceptional home construction standards.
I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a contracting background, ideally with main contractor experience, motivated to advance within the company.
Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK.
• Strong work ethic and professional approach to the construction sector
• Background in contracting, Main Contractor experience preferred.
• Proficient in IT.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of JCT Contracts
• Experience in valuations
• Involvement in the pricing process.
• Sound understanding of contracting.
• Degree level or equivalent BSc in Quantity Surveying preferred.
