Job Description:

After a number of client wins, Radial Path is seeking Client Strategists with varying levels of experience in marketing, preferably with B2B tech brands. As a Client Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' success by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth and deliver results.

You will work closely with both internal teams and our clients to understand their business goals, industry landscape, and target audience, translating that knowledge into actionable marketing strategies and tactical plans. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with strategists, the marketing team, and clients to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (brand, content, and digital strategies) for B2B clients, with a particular focus on the B2B tech sector, including digital infrastructure and SaaS.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand clients' businesses, target audiences, and competitive landscapes. Perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and guide strategic planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Create go-to-market (GTM) plans, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and channel strategies. Work with project management to interpret briefs, build project plans, and ensure work is delivered on schedule.
  • Program & Campaign Execution: Support the creation and execution of marketing programs and campaigns across brand, product and growth marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and digital experts, to implement effectively.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance: Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and quality assurance throughout all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimisation. Create KPIs and OKRs, and provide regular reports to clients and strategists.
  • Client Relationships & Reporting: Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting on marketing objectives, deliverables, and campaign results. Present marketing strategies and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, responding to clients, monitoring budgets, and ensuring project alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Industry Trends & Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance and ensure our strategies remain current and effective.

Qualifications:

Experience & Industry Knowledge:

  • Mid Level: 2-4 years of experience in client strategy or account management within a B2B marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Senior Level: 4-6+ years of experience with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with the digital infrastructure and SaaS industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing principles, including product marketing and Go-To-Market, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Analytical & Strategic Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing innovative solutions and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Communication & Presentation:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service.

Project Management & Organisation:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working with clients and internal teams.

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms relevant to B2B tech marketing, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
