Job Description

Our customer, a multinational law firm is looking for 2 Antitrust lawyers for a contract role based in London.

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)

Overview:

We are seeking two seasoned antitrust lawyers. These roles are essential to support ongoing projects involving significant EU/UK merger experience. Candidates will be working alongside London, Brussels, and US teams on critical transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior/Mid-Level Antitrust Lawyer (2-4 years PQE):

  • Assist in managing merger control and foreign investment filing analysis.
  • Draft filings and assist in the preparation of related documents.
  • Support partners with various client requirements.

Senior Antitrust Lawyer (4+ years PQE):

  • Manage EU and UK filings for a significant transaction starting in early June.
  • Collaborate closely with the London, Brussels, and US teams.
  • Lead and oversee junior associates in their tasks.
