What you'll do:
- Completing planned work for the respective PPM schedules, ensuring work is completed to detailed standard and legislative guidelines with faults reported accordingly.
- Carry out problem solving works.
- Escorting of sub-contractors around site.
- Completion of planned and reactive maintenance work.
- Ensure records are kept up to date.
- Good communication with team members.
- To assist the management team with replenishing materials for stock replacement.
- To be adaptable to change and new technology.
- To comply with all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Adapt a can do approach to all tasks.
- Carry out routine testing of fire alarm and sprinkler testing.
- Carry out minor plumbing works.
- Carry out legionella testing and keep accurate records.
What you'll bring:
- Be Prepared to undergo additional training in areas required to perform duties to the required standard.
- Excellent communications both written and verbal.
- Numerate and computer literate.
- Strong sense of client focus
- Working knowledge of H & S. Working knowledge of relevant current legislation and guidance
- Personal presentation must be of a high professional standard
- Prioritising own workload and working under own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to organise others.
- Proof of eligibility to work in UK
