The post is a training post for a three-year period however, on successful completion of the course, you will transfer into a permanent Advanced Clinical Practitioner post within the CAMHS Crisis team.

This is one of 6 Trainee ACP posts across the Learning Disability and Autism pathway and will be joining 6 previously recruited trainee's within the Nottinghamshire system including another CAMHS post holder.

To provide advanced assessment, formulation and practice skills in relation to young people with learning disabilities and/ or Autism.

Due to the team working 24/7 there is an expectation of working across the rota period. We are aware that early mornings, evenings and weekends can be particularly challenging for this patient population so support outside of 'office' hours is required
