About the role:

We are looking to take on board a strong Electrical Shift Leader to be based on a High-End Critical site in Chiswick (West London).

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a large team on a High-End Commercial site in the West London.
  • You will be responsible for all the engineer's output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs.
  • Critical or Data Centre experience is essential.
  • Must have experience on UPS generators.
  • Monitoring a BMS system.
*Ideally live within an hour from site.

Candidate requirements:
*The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
*The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a mechanical/electrical shift engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.

  • Strong building services background
  • At least three years' experience in FM industry
  • HV/AP (Desired)
  • LV/AP (Desired)
