The position will be more of an assurance and management role of the self delivery aspect of the project, therefore self-delivery management experience is essential, along with a keen eye on quality and finishing.
You will also support in: Managing all Compound and Office needs working closely with the StoremanEnsuring that site surveys and records are provided as requiredManaging the on site co-ordination of activitiesWorking with the Supervisors and suppliers to developing and review safe systems of workEnsuring compliance with safe systems of workEnsuring all works comply with highways and project specification and drawingsEnsuring all works are delivered in accordance with approved ITPCarrying out quality assurance inspections and completing ITP check sheetsEnsuring all activities on site are recorded through daily diaries, production control schedules and photographsUpdate delivery schedules on a weekly basis with the Project ManagerReviewing drawings and raising technical queries relating to the design teamIf required Deliver workforce briefingsThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of self-delivery management and finishing experience for handover. Experience of constructing on the highspeed network is also essential.Ideally, you will also hold all the following competencies:
CSCS, SMSTS, Highways Passport, Safety Critical Medical, CAT4 HSG47 Avoiding dangers from underground services.
