Ensuring that a safe, efficient and compliant service is delivered throughout the day in line with Veolia policies and proceduresSupport the provision of induction and ongoing training for all new starters, contractors and refresher training for existing employees including delivering tool box talks and issuing permits to workReal time monitoring of driver workloads to ensure all work completed daily using tracking softwareDaily reconciliation of Weighbridge Tickets from TFS & HWRC's and onward distributionEffective planning of holidays to ensure minimal requirement for third party hauliersWhat are we looking for?Experience gained in a similar role and supervising a small teamWIMS experience is essentialCMS Supatrak or other tracking software experienceExcellent Mathematics and English language skillsIOSH/NEBOSH experience is desirableLGV experience would be an advantageWhat's next?Apply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.
