About the Role:
As a Senior Data Modeler, you will be responsible for designing and developing data models for complex business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into effective data models, ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management. Perform data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solution data models. Evaluate existing data systems and work with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows. Develop and maintain documentation for data models, including entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) and data dictionaries. Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and analysts to optimize data storage and retrieval processes. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data modeling techniques. Develop best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system. Implement data strategies and develop physical data models. Update and optimize local and metadata models.

Requirements:
- A deep understanding of data structures, database management systems (DBMS), and the ability to design scalable and performant schemas.
- Experience with various database technologies like relational databases, NoSQL, and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Familiarity with tools like Tableau for data visualization.
