We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the prominent distributor of decorative surfaces in the UK. The role is based in Swindon.

**Sales Executive Role:**

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
  • Salary: £22,308 per year (£11.44 per hour)
  • Additional benefits: annual bonus, 31 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), pension, life assurance, and free onsite parking

As a Sales Executive, you will be part of a team of 3, reporting to the Sales Office Manager. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries, providing product information, and processing orders efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing
  • Handle customer quotations and correspondence professionally
  • Achieve sales and margin targets
  • Target new customers and follow up on enquiries
  • Minimize stock transfers between branches
  • Complete all required sales reports

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • 6-12 months of experience in phone-based sales, trade counter sales, or customer service
  • Experience in building, construction, trade, distribution, or manufacturing is advantageous
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
